Mike Tyson was a phenomenal boxer. Pound for pound one of the greatest ever to throw a punch in the ring. Life outside the sport was no less of a challenge and it is this element of Tyson’s story which truly makes this an unforgettable memoir. Financial ruin, crime and violence all created chaos for Tyson and this legacy may for some overshadow his exploits in the ring. Certainly a controversial character, and book, but none the less a must read for sports fans and anyone trying to understand the troubled mind of a human being.
