The Indigenous Movement programme is a series of exercises for those who want to regain a natural connection with the body, exploring the bodies original functional movements while gaining more mobility and flexibility. Through this programme you will develop sensitive intelligent relationship and reconnect with your body so you can fully enjoy and explore life.
Having studied Yoga and Chi Gong over the years the founder Kofi meticulously put together an accessible movement programme combining theories and practices of both systems to help individual’s gain greater understanding to how to build flexibility, strength and balance while they heal injuries and opening blocked energies acquired through their life style.
Indigenous Movement focuses on three categories; Rejuvenation, Maintenance and Cultivation each enabling the person to gain that connection with their body and help them manage their energies and wellbeing.
